1. Tender - EOI for Conduct of Science Fair at Provincial Level Punjab

The Government of the Punjab, National Museum of Science and Technology is implementing a development scheme titled “Conduct of Science Fair at Provincial Level’ in collaboration with Intel Pakistan for ISEF reflected at GSr.No.2 in the Development Programme 2013-14 with an aim to infuse in Science & Technology among students and teachers. The Science Fair is scheduled to be conducted at the Multipurpose Hall of Government Central Model High School, Ratigon Road, Lahore during November, 2013.

The expected outcomes for conduct of Science Fair at Provincial Level are as under:-

1. The estimated number of the participants(Teachers/Students) in Provincial Science Fair will be around from 500-1000 in number.

2. Arrangements for opening and closing ceremony of the Fair.

3. Arrangements for residence at 3 star hotels, meals and pick/drop facility for participants for 2-3davs from their residenccs(to be arranged by the selected firm) in Lahore.

6. The bid validity period shall be 90 days.

The procuring agency shall upon request communicate to any supplier or contractor who submitted a bid or proposal, the grounds for its rejection of all bids or proposals, but is not required to justify those grounds.
