TENDER NOTICE
1. Financial and Technical offers are invited for local purchase of various Generator Sets and other articles for use by Pakistan Army.
2. Tender documents, Complete Specifications/GSRs and details are available with LP Branch CMT & SD Golra Road Rawalpindi.
3. Your bid shall comprise a single package containing two separate envelopes. Each envelope shall contain separately the “Financial Offer” and the “Technical Offer". The envelope shall be markedas FINANCIAL OFFER and TECHNICAL OFFER in bold and legible letters to avoid confusion.
4. The quotations duly enclosed in sealed envelopes can be dropped in tender box at LP branch CMT & SD Golra on any working day except Saturday/Sunday from 0800 hours to 1500 hours.
5. All firms registered with CMT & SD Golra/DGP (Army), DGDP can participate in bidding. Tender fee Rs.1500 will be charged from each firm.
6. Tenders can be submitted till 1000 hrs on 8 Nov 2013.
7. Tenders will be opened at 1200 hours on 8 Nov 2013 in Local Purchase Office in the presence of participating firms.
8. Quoted rates will be non-negotiable, inclusive of all taxes and will be valid upto 30 Jun 2014.
9. Commandant CMT & SD Golra reserves the right to reject any tender inquiry/quoted rates (considered contrary to the spirits of tender compilation/incomplete/low quality samples or samples not of required army specifications) at any stage.
