Solar System for Rental basis with comprehensive technical support and maintenance including replacement of faulty equipment (if any) for the period of five years.
Vendor should propose the complete solution on rental basis including the installation,
configuration and support services for 5 years. Ownership of the system will be transferred after
completion of the contract period, free of cost.
TERMS &CONDITIONS:-
1. Prices quoted should remain valid for Six months.
2. The tender will be accepted by 1100 hours on 11th November 2013 in two Separate sealed envelopes marked as technical and financial proposal. Technical proposal will be opened at 1130 hours on same day in the presence of available vendors.
3. Bidding Documents, detail Specification of the Solar System and term & condition can be collected from the office of procurement department HQ NADRA at the cost of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees two thousand only) non- refundable between 0900 to 1600 hours except Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays.
4. Earnest money @ 2% of quoted amount will be deposited along with quotation /financial bid in the shape of Bank draft/Pay order in favour of HQ NADRA Islamabad.
5. NADRA reserves the right to reject all bids as per rule 33 of PPRA2004.
?. The bidders are required to submit One Technical and Three Financial Bids in three separate sealed envelopes; otherwise the bid shall be rejected.
7. Queries in regards to the tender will only be entertained One week prior to the deadline mentioned at serial No 2.
8. Tender # 55/2013 for Solar System Only with the deadline of October 25, 2013 may be treated as cancelled. Firms which have procured the document for Tender # 55/2013 shall not have to pay for bidding documents again.
