PRE-QUALIFICATION OF BIDDERS/SUPPLIERS FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF I.T. EQUIPMENT
Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA), Punjab invites applications for pre-qualification from reputable, NTN & GST registered, well-experienced, financially and technically sound firms for the forthcoming procurement of I.T equipment throughout Punjab for the financial year 2013-14.
Scope of Work: The scope of work includes supply, installation and after sales service of Entry Level Server, Desktop Computer, Laptop, Multimedia Projector, Printer & Scanner
Only those IT firms who fulfill the yardstick of evaluation criteria given in pre-qualification document will be qualified for competitive bidding. Firms will be evaluated, as per given Evaluation criteria, for company profile, financial strength, general standing etc in the market. Technical evaluation will be based on staff skill set and experience. Firm’s experience in terms of carrying out similar projects will also contribute towards qualification. Application forms for this purpose can be obtained from the Office of Manager MIS situated at 96-H Gulberg II, Lahore on any working day i.e. from 0800-1600 Hours on cash payment of Rs. 1,000 as application form fee by submitting a written request accompanied with copies of Sales Tax and Income Tax Registration. Last date for submission of completed application foims in sealed envelope is 12-11-2013 till 09:30 AM. The sealed bids will be opened in the presence of bidders on the same day at 10:00 AM.
