Supply of IT Equipment

COMSATS Institute of Information Technology (CUT), Islamabad Campus invites sealed tenders from well reputed NTN/GST registered firms/companies for supply of IT Equipment as per following details:

2. Tender documents containing details, terms & conditions can be obtained on payment of Rs. 500/- in shape of Pay Order/Demand Draft drawn in favour of CUT Islamabad before tender submission date.

3. Sealed tenders (separate technical and financial bids envelopes), complete in all respects should reach the undersigned on or before 1130 hrs on November 18, 2013 (Monday). The tenders (financial bids) must be accompanied by earnest money (refundable) equal to 2% amount of total bid price in shape of Pay Order/ Bank Draft drawn in favour of CIIT Islamabad. Tenders (technical bids only) will be opened publicly at 1200 hrs on the same day in office of purchase officer at the address mentioned below in presence of representatives of parties, who like to be present.

4. If for any reason the office remains closed on the date of opening of the tenders, the tender will be opened on the next working day at the same time and place. Conditional / incomplete tenders will be liable for rejection.
