Services of Advertising Agencies Required

Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites eligible advertising agencies having complete visual, creative and marketing unit in Islamabad. Agencies must indicate their capabilities for providing the services to look after its classified and display advertising in view of present and upcoming development activities. Interested agencies registered with PID and based in Islamabad must provide the following information abouttheirAdvertisingAgencies.

1.    Company Profile.

2.    Accreditations Certificate from APNS.

3.    Previous experience of developing media campaigns, particularly for utilities/services sector organization.

4.    Existing support infrastructure to undertake the job.

5.    Information on affiliated national/international public    relations

specialist firms.

6.    Technical and professional expertise, facilities etc.

7.    Capital of Company (Financial Statement for the    last    three

years).

 Selection of the agency will be according to the transparent

policy of IESCO and any kind of influence or pressure will be considered as ineligibility.

    

No compensation will be paid to participating agencies in the

form of TA/DAfor presentation or production of material.

  

 Conditional entries will not be accepted.

    

The Expression of Interest documents are available in the office of Deputy Manager Public Relations IESCO Head Office, Street # 40, G-7/4, Islamabad. The same can be obtained free of cost from the said office uptill 07 November, 2013 during office hours (Phone & Fax 051 -9252889).

Note:- The Short-listed agencies will be later on invited to make a comprehensive presentation to the selection Committee/Authority.
