Sealed quotations for purchase of Electro Medical Equipments are required. Interested firms and distributors having good reputation are required to deposit sealed clearly marked, 'QUOTATION' to the undersigned by 1000 hours on 11th November 2013. Sealed quotation shall contain two sealed envelops i.e 'Technical proposal' and 'Financial proposal'. Prices should be valid for 03 months from date of tender opening. Tender will be opened on 11th November 2013 at 1200 hours. Tender forms are available on payment of Rs 1000.00 (Non Refundable).
