1. Construction of building for Laboratory Reception at PNS SHIFA required for patient care and management system of this hospital.
2. GST/Income Tax registered suppliers are requested to quote.
3. Firms are requested to submit pay order of 5% of total amount as earnest money along with quotation in favor of Commandant PNS Shifa.
4. Firms/Suppliers are requested to drop their tender in Tender Box at Admin Block PNS Shifa before 1030 Hours on 31st October, 2013.
5. The Commandant PNS SHIFA may reject all bids at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid according to the PPRA Rules 33(1).
6. Tender will be opened at PNS SHIFA Karachi on 3151 October, 2013 at 1100 Hours. For further details contact on undermentioned address.
