The Sarhad Development Authority of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa intends "Interior designing and development of its newly S.D.A Head Office in Local Council Board Building Phase- VII Hayatabad, Peshawar" and invites sealed bids from the well reputed interior designing firms for the said purpose. Bidding is on the basis of .National Competitive Bidding (NCB) in accordance with "Single Stage- Two Envelop Bidding Procedure” comprising of "Technical Bids & Priced Bids”
Only eligible bidders with following qualification should participate in the bidding:
• Contracting firms must have minimum five years experience in relevant field.
• Contracting firms must be GST registered with Government of Pakistan and must have vast experience to work with Government Organizations.
• Sealed bid must be accompanied by a bid security @ 2% (refundable) in the form of Call deposit Receipt (CDR) / Par Order / Bank Draft or Bank Guarantee in the name of Sarhad Development Authority. Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bid submitted without Bid Security will be rejected.
• Bids must be delivered to the undersigned on or before 11 November, 2013 up to 1300 hours. Bids received late will be rejected.
• Bids will be opened at 14:00 hours on the same day i.e 11 November. 2013 in the presence of duly authorized bidder's representative who choose to attend the bid session.

• Both "Technical Bids” and “Priced Bids" must be submitted in two separate sealed inner envelops marked "1- Technical Bids” and "2-Priced Bids" which should be packed in one outer envelop. The bid security must be enclosed with "Technical Bids”.
• "Technical Bids” will be opened immediately after deadline for submission of bids in the presence of bidder / bidder’s representatives who choose to attend while the "Priced Bids" will be opened later on after the evaluation of the "Technical Bids”. “Priced Bids” of only technically qualified responsive bidder’s will be opened while the price bids of technically unqualified bidders will be returned unopened.
• The bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the General Manager (Planning) after paying the requisite fee of Rs: 10000/- non-refundable.
• Conditional, incomplete, unsigned and bid filled with led pencil are not acceptable at all.
• Usage of correction fluid & corrections are strictly prohibited unless duly initiated.
• The Sarhad Development Authority may ask for further information and details from time to time if required and reserves the right to cancel bidding procedure without assigning any reason.
• Bidder is essentially required to provide correct and latest postal, email & web address phone / mobile / fax numbers for active and timely communications.
• The Sarhad Development Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
