1. Quotations are invited by Central Ordnance Depot (COD) Lahore Cantt (including GST if applicable) for purchase of Generator Sets (5 KVA ,12.5 KVA. 30 KVA, 50 KVA & 75 KVA) of Caterpillar, FG Wilson, SDMO, Perkins, Cummins, Siemens and other European brands (all manufactured in USA, UK, Europe & Japan) for use by Pakistan Army.
2. Technical details I specification including GSR (General Staff Requirement) may be viewed on PPRA website www.ppra.orq.pk or tender documents may be obtained during office hours from COD Lahore Cantt (LP Branch) within 15 days from the publication of this advertisement at a cost of Rs. 500/-.
3. Quotations will be received upto 11.30 a.m. on 12 November, 2013 and opened at 12:00 noon on 12 November, 2013 in the presence of representatives of the firms.
4. Pre-qualification of firms:-
a. Only those firms can participate who are already registered with COD Lahore Cantt/DGP (Army)/ DGDP or willing to get themselves registered with COD Lahore Cantt. OR
b. Original manufacturers and suppliers, original stockist in trade (In caseof dealers, authority letter of original manufacturers be attached).
5. Specification of generator sets should be as per GSR.
6. Firm will deposit 5% bank guarantee (performance) for one year of total value of the purchase order at the time of award of purchase order.
7. Minimum 1 year comprehensive warranty which will start from the date of commissioning of generator sets by user and should include repair I replacement of parts without any cost I charges.
8. Availability of spare parts I kits (on payment) to be ensured even after expiry of warranty.
9. Generator sets will be delivered in Central Ordnance Depot Lahore where its inspection will be carried out by EME / competent authority.
10. Commandant COD Lahore Cantt reserves the right to cancel any offer.
