6. Contract description: The purpose of this contract is to supply and install community based PV systems for security street lighting and basic electrification of households. The systems shall comprise of a centralized PV generator, a battery storage facility and an inverter supplying 230 V/50Hz power to the distribution system. Depending on the estimated number of households the system sizes vary from between 1.4 kW up to 6.3 kW. Total estimated number of systems 265, to be installed in about 6 Districts of KPK Pakistan. The final selected supplier(s) shall possess of a branch office or partner firm in the respective District to provide after sales services. The tender will be separated into 6 Lots (1 per District).
