i) Foreign suppliers must submit the proforma invoice of the original manufacturers to whom they represent

ii) Local agents must be Sales tax registered firms.

iii) WAPDA registered Firms but those in line with business can also apply subject to submission of

2%  earnest money of their quoted price.

iv) Bonaftde manufacturers and their authorized suppliers.

i) Bidding documents costing Rs.2000/- each (non-refundable) in shape of Bank Draft / Pay Order in favour of Manager Finance (Hydel), WAPDA payable at HBL A/c No. 1303-59 Gardee Square branch, Lahore in case of purchase from the o/o G.M.( Hydel) Operation at WAPDA House, Lahore

ii)    Bidding documents costing Rs. 2000/- each (non-refundable) in shape of Bank Draft/ Pay Order in favour of R.E.Power Station Mangla payable at H.B.L. Mangla Cantt Branch (A/c No. 12297900272803) in case of purchase from the o/o R.E.Power Station Mangla.

Last date of obtaining bidding documents   09-12-2013 upto 1100 Hrs.
