PESCO TENDER NOTICE
Sealed Tenders are invited for the supply of following items from prequalified Registered/Un-Registered firms with DISCO/NTDC/GENCOs/PEPCO as per manufacturer standard Specifications on ex-stock basis without any element of foreign exchange and for free delivery at Regional Store Nowshera. The tender will be received upto half an hour before opening and will be opened in public on date and time mentioned below.

Terms and Conditions:
The Price should be firm and final on FCS basis and shall not be escalated for reason what-so-ever.
Tender must be accompanied by Bid Guarantee for an amount not less than 2% for registered firms & 4% for un-Registered Firm of the total tender value to be valid for 180 days (One Hundred and Eighty) in the form of certified or cashier cheque, Bank Draft or pay order issued by any schedule Bankof Pakistan.
Tender documents can be obtained from the office of Manager Material Management PESCO H/Q Peshawar, against non-refundable amount of Rs. 1000/- per tender on any working day during office hours till a day earlierfrom the opening of the tender.
Tender will be received manually and will be dropped in tender box half an hour before the opening time. However an authorized representative of bidder should be present at the time of opening otherwise bid will be rejected.
PESCO reserves all right to accept/reject and to increase or decrease the tendered quantity or value deletes item etc; at the time of issuance of purchase order or during the currency of the contract. The validity of tender is also extendable asconsider necessary by the company.
There will be no sale of tender documents on the date of opening offender.
Tender Bid Validity will be for (180) days from the date of opening offender.
Conditional and unsigned tender will not be accepted.
The supplier manufacture shall quote rate on FCS basis at I Regional Store PESCO Nowdhera.
