Sealed tenders are invited by the Divisional Medical Officer Pakistan Railway, Sukkurfor Four (04) conservancy works, based on through rates for the work of complete removal and disposal of rubbish, Night soil from the Railways colonies and station premises by mechanical means at Sukkur, Rohri, Khanpur & Jacobabad Stations, for a period of one year each.
The model of Vehicles to be supplied (must not be more than (08) Eight years old) one Tractor Trolley with covered body OR One Truck with covered body trolley with One Driver and Four Khakroobs will be supplied by the contractor for each conservancy works on daily basis. Tender documents including terms & condition can be obtained from the office of Divisional Medical Officer, Sukkur on cash payment of Rs. 500/- per Form (non refundable) up to 11-11-2013 (Except Sunday) during office hours. Sealed Tender will be received on 12-11-2013 up to 12.00 hours in the office of Divisional Accounts Officer, Sukkur and opened at 12:10 hours on the same day. Cash receipt issued by DPM OR Bankers guarantee @ 02% as earnest money for conservancy works must be attached in shape of call deposit, failing which tenders will be rejected being defective. Registration documents of vehicles already working at any other place will not be accepted for these works.
The Railway Administration reserves the right to reject any or all tenders and is not bound to accept the lowest rates, if the tender is defective in any respect.
