Decoration & Catering Services for Convocation 2013

The Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi invites sealed tenders from I BA’s Pre-Qualified Catering & Decoration and Event Management Service Providers, registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments, for providing Decoration & Catering Services for Convocation 2013. The Tender Documents are comprised of “Single Stage Two Envelopes" procedure.

Tender Forms are available at the Office of Manager Purchase & Stores, IBA Main Campus, University Road, Karachi from October 24,2013 to November 8,2013 during 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

The Tender Document should be submitted at Purchase Office between 9:00 am to 3:00 pm up to November 8,2013 that will be opened on the same date & venue at 3:30 pm in the presence of representatives who may care to attend. In case of any holiday the tender shall be opened on next working day at the same place and time.

The Financial Proposals) of technically qualified bidder(s) will be opened on November 15, 2013 at 11:30 am at IBA Main Campus, University Road in the presence of bidders who may care to attend. In case of any holiday, the Financial Proposal shall be opened on the next working day at the same place and time. The minimum qualifying criterion for technical evaluation is 80%.

Please submit 5% Earnest Money of total cost in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft, in favor of Institute of Business Administration, Karachi, along with the Tender Documents. Security Deposit 5% of the total cost shall be deposited by the Successful Bidder in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft before award of the Work Order.

Kindly mention “Tender Number” at top left corner of the envelopes. IBA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tender(s) or terminate proceedings at any stage in accordance with the rules & regulations framed by SPPRA.
