EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)
The Environmental Protection Agency-Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is promoting the manufacture and the use of oxo-biodegradable plastic under an ADP scheme. In this regards technical help and chemical additives used in the process will be provided free of cost to the plastic manufacturing industries during the experimentation stage, to switch over from non- degradable plastic to the environmental friendly oxo-biodegradable products manufacturing.
Expressions of Interest are invited on letter head pad from those industries willing to participate in the project and are fulfilling the following criteria;
1. Industrial facility is located in any designated industrial zones of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
2. Registered member of chamber of commerce and industries or Plastic Industry Association in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
3. Be willing to switch over from non-degradable to environmental friendly oxo-biodegradable plastic manufacturing process on sustainable basis.
EOI shall be submitted with complete details and must reach to the folbwing address within 15 days of the publication. The programme is at a limited scale and only selected units through a transparent procedure will be provided with additives for a project period
