1. Providing and installation of sound system at Data Darbar Complex Lahore

2. Supply of standby motors 40-HP and 60-HP

Only Authorized Dealers I Manufacturing Companies are Invited to submit their Technical and Financial Proposals as per clause 36 (b) of PPRA 2009, and the words Technical Proposal I Financial Proposal may be written in bold letters on envelops. Technical Bid will be evaluated as per pre-defined bid evaluation criteria by Technical Procurement Committee.

Bid should contain:-

Technical proposals pretaining 

i)                       Name of firm, year of establishment, complete address. NTN & GST Nos with Income Tax return of last years, financial status with Bank Account Statement w.e. from 01-07-2012 to date, skilled staff in specific field with copies of ID, Detail of work completed / in hand (similar nature) during last 2 - years with performance letter from the clients.

ii)                      Detail specifications / features of Equipment offered.

iii)                    An affidavit regarding non-involvement in the litigation / arbitration and never black listed.

iv)                    Proof of Sole Distributor. Authorized dealer or agent.

v)                      Completion period.

Financial proposal pretaining

i)                   Bid Schedule along with detail specifications of Sound System & Stand by Motor can be obtained during office hours upto 31-10-2013, on payment of Rs.5000/- for Sr. No 1 & Rs. 500/- for Sr. No. 2 (Non-Refundable) and providing Proof of Manufacturer / sole distributor / dealer.

ii)                 2% (Refundable) of the cost of bid in shape of Call Deposit from any Schedulod bank. (Deposit at calls of 1st and 2nd lowest bidders will be retained till the decision of the competent authority.

Information if any can be sought from the office of the undersigned, during working hours.Tenders will be received on 11-11-2013 at 11.00 AM. Technical bids will be opened at the same time and day in the presence of bidder or their authorized representatives. After evaluation of technical bids as per pre-defined bid evaluation criteria by Technical procurement committee, Financial Bids of the qualified firms will be opened on tho tlmo nnd doto ns notified In the prosonco of bkldni nr lliolr mithorlzod roprosonlnllvou.

Note:- If no bid received on the date mentioned above then next date will be 18-11 -2013.
