The Project Management Unit, Board of Revenue invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Procurement of QMS (Queue Management System) for LRMIS Service Centers for the supply of the following:
a. QMS Queue Management System
Bidding documents (and additional copies) may be purchased at the address given at the bottom of this page for a nonrefundable fee of Pak Rupees 1000/- submitted in the Treasury, State Bank Of Pakistan under Account Head “C 03870-Others”. Interested bidders may obtain further information at the same address.
A firm will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits (Jan 2011) on the basis of least cost.
Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 days after Bid closing and must be accompanied by security of 2% of the total quoted bid price per lot, and shall be delivered to the address given at the bottom of the page within 30 days of publication of this advertisement at 1100 hrs. The bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders who wish to attend.
Taxes will be deducted as per Government of Pakistan rules. Sales tax registration certificate I number must be provided.
Project Management Unit Board of Revenue reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers made in this regard without assigning any reason.
