Short Tender Notice
Sealed tenders are invited from registered firms/suppliers for the purchase of Shredder Machines for Peshawar High Court, Peshawar.
Before submission of tenders, the dealers may obtain other information, if required, from Computer Branch of this Court, during office hours.
The tenders should reach this office on or before 23rd October, 2013 will be opened on the same day in presence of the bidders or their representative who may be present.
Each tender should be accompanied with call deposit Rs.5,000/- in the name of Registrar Peshawar High Court, Peshawar. No tender will be considered without call deposit & after due date and time. Sales Tax Registration Number and Bank Account Number must be indicated in tender.
The successful bidder will be bound to supply of above item within fifteen days after the issue of supply order and will also pay prescribed income Tax and Sales Tax under the Rules. Failure in supply within the stipulated period or below standard shall enlail forfeiture of the earnest money/call deposit.
The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason.
