The Green View Cooperative Housing Society Ltd., 14-KM Lahore - Sheikhupura Road invites applications for Pre-qualification of Consultants for designing and execution of underground electrification of the scheme.
Application must be supported with following documents:-
1. Name, permanent address, Telephone/ Fax No.
2. Partnership Deed / Articles of Association in case of company/Limited firms, with Power of Attorney.
3. Experience of projects executed during last 10 years.
4. Income Tax Registration Certificate.
5. Certificates of registration with Pakistan Council of Architects and Town Planning.
6. List of Litigation cases between the contractor/firm and client/department in respect of any of the projects mentioned in point 3 above.
7. Any other documents or information which is considered necessary for pre-qualification.
Applications be sent by 1 st November, 2013.
Note:-Client has right to accept or reject any or all the applications without assigning any reason thereof. Incomplete applications shall not beg entertained. Client have right to visit any project/projects referred in the company profile.
